Door Decorating
This was a very positive event. Teams got together and came up with a common theme for their doors. Miles took pictures of the doors and downloaded them to the Carson website photo gallery; www.carsoncoyotes.com The certificates have still not been distributed. Rather than make it a competition, the committee decided to have all the teachers receive a certificate of participation. They will get one within the next week. Sonja volunteered to come up with a format. She will send to Arturo to run in color.


Fundraising
Discussion about how much fundraising we are doing beyond PTA. This includes good causes. There is a recommendation to identify fundraisers for the year for non-profit organizations at the beginning of the next school year. This will avoid having so many others added along the way.

Gary Howard
We ran out of time at the last all staff meeting to do letters. They will passed out at our next LIC Wednesday. Gary Howard discussions were very well received, but mixed feedback on the book itself and Gary's point of views.

Diversity Day
Discussion about next year having a school wide Diversity Day in the spring/May.
